I am the proud mother of a Beaver Scout and a Cub Scout both of whom have most enthusiastically embraced the concept of working towards achievement badges.
I am always so proud when they come home with a new badge or two or three ... until I remember I'm the mug who has to sew it onto the uniform!
I had four to do this morning PLUS a great big commerative one too. (Don't mind really
but it's a bit hard on the hands and fingers)
Any other little scouts out there?

PS If anyone's thinking of buying those self-threading needles, don't bother. They are rubbish ... went through a whole pack and not one worked!
